With a training in self-defense you take matters into your own hands. At Combat & Fitness Academy we teach you everything about safety and resilience. You work on your self-confidence and practice with different self-defense techniques. The target? Experience that you are in control in every situation, so that you can walk the streets confidently again.
At Combat & Fitness Academy, self-defense classes don't just cover techniques but also BBB training (Abs, Buttocks, Legs). This helps you maintain focus and build muscle strength. You'll also learn to recognize your own strength and how to utilize it in potentially dangerous situations.
During the classes, we focus on building your self-confidence, safety, and resilience. All women are welcome to join us.
Time: Wednesday 6:00 PM – 7:00 PM
Outfit: shirt and leggings
Age: 16 years and older
