With a training in self-defense you take matters into your own hands. At Combat & Fitness Academy we teach you everything about safety and resilience. You work on your self-confidence and practice with different self-defense techniques. The target? Experience that you are in control in every situation, so that you can walk the streets confidently again.

At Combat & Fitness Academy, self-defense classes don't just cover techniques but also BBB training (Abs, Buttocks, Legs). This helps you maintain focus and build muscle strength. You'll also learn to recognize your own strength and how to utilize it in potentially dangerous situations.

What can you expect from self-defense at Combat & Fitness Academy?

During the classes, we focus on building your self-confidence, safety, and resilience. All women are welcome to join us.

  • You will learn effective and simple defense techniques.
  • Setting boundaries? That won't be a problem for you anymore.
  • You can recognize dangerous situations in time.
  • You also know immediately how to act if you are in danger.
  • You use your posture and appearance as a weapon.
  • With BBB training (Abs, Buttocks, Legs) you build muscle strength.
  • You discover what strength you already have - in addition to muscle strength.

Practical information

  • Time: Wednesday 6:00 PM – 7:00 PM

  • Outfit: shirt and leggings

  • Age: 16 years and older

  • Payment: with a ticket or included free with your gym membership
